Great CCW Class
Saturdays' CCW Class was great. A lot of interaction and again participants did not realize the responsibility involved in carrying a gun for self defense.
I do want to thank Vice President, Joe Biden, for is advice on self defense with a shotgun. It was a perfect topic for what NOT to do and the legal implecations that would be involved!
The class also learned they needed more training. And they need a plan!! What???

Why should you take a Concealed Carry Class?
My first question to you, is why do you want to carry a gun? Either on your person or in your vechile. The answer is almost always for personal protection.
You just answered the question, why should I take a Concealed Carry class.
Arizona's new Constitutional Law addresses "carrying a handgun". There are over 95,000 state and federal laws for using a gun. And if you are going to carry a gun for personal protection, you better know when and where you can carry. And most importantly, when you can legally display a gun and when are you justified in using a gun for self defense.
My husband and I have been teaching the AZ CCW Class for over 15 years know. And I can assure you that 99.9% of the people who go through the class had no idea of the law and legal issues.
Carrying a gun without knowing the laws is a recipe for disaster.
There are many law abiding citizens facing charges or sitting in jails because they did not know the legal issues. Don't be one of them!
